How It Works

  • Raw biomass material (wood chips, sawdust, agricultural residue etc.) is fed into the hopper.
  • The machine’s drive system engages, converting material either through the briquetting die or pelletizing die depending on mode selected.
  • In briquetting mode, the ram/compression mechanism produces cylindrical briquettes of specified diameter.
  • In pellet mode, the material is formed and cut into dense pellets via the extrusion or pellet die system.
  • Output is continuously discharged, cooled and collected for packaging or dispatch.
